Drone inspection of hazardous areas, the Flyability Elios solves the problem of remote inspection in hard to reach or dangerous environments. This drone is designed to fly down sewers, culverts, mine shafts, burner ducts and anywhere else you can think of. A UAV designed for complex environments, capable of Photogrammetry, LiDAR, visual inspection and 3D modelling. Using a range extender to transmit signal further and GPS denied stability for smooth flight.
The image above shows the Flyability Elios returning from a culvert inspection and modelling mission. The purpose of this mission was to inspect and model the structure in preparation for a new liner to be installed. The structure had known deformation, but the accurate 3D model generated by the Elios enable designers to measure and locate the deformation to ensure the new liner could be installed without issue.
